GREEN LANTERN: FIRST FLIGHT ON JULY 28

Warner Home Video has announced that it has again shifted the release date of the Green Lantern: First Flight animated movie on DVD, moving it back to its originally announced debut on July 28.

Warner has also released new box art for the single-disc release of the movie, which stars Christopher Meloni from Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as the voice of Hal Jordan/Green Lantern and also features Victor Garber, Tricia Helfer and Michael Madsen.

The film is written by Alan Burnett, directed by Lauren Montgomery and produced by Bruce Timm.

According to a source, it is "very likely" that Green Lantern: First Flight will be screened at Comic-Con International in San Diego, which runs July 22-26.
