THE SPECTACULAR SPIDER-MAN: SEASON 2 PREMIERE

Supervising producer Greg Weisman makes a cameo appearance in the "Blueprints" episode that kicks off Season 2 of The Spectacular Spider-Man animated series.

Weisman's likeness was used for an armored truck driver whom Spider-Man rescues.

"It's a kick," Weisman told The Continuum. "I did his voice too, which was also fun."

Weisman also provides the voice of Donald Menken, Norman Osborn's right-hand man, in Season 2.

Stan Lee also appears in the "Blueprints" episode as a character named Stan. He has several lines.

"Blueprints" premieres on Disney XD on Monday, June 22 at 7 p.m., followed by another Season 2 episode, "Destructive Testing," at 7:30 p.m.

Thirteen episodes were produced for Season 2, which has already aired in some international markets.
