DARK HORSE COMICS FIRST LOOKS

FIRST LOOK: BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER #26

Buffy the Vampire Slayer #26 will arrive in stores on July 1 from Dark Horse Comics. The issue is written by Jane Espenson, with art by Georges Jeanty and covers by Jo Chen and Jeanty.

Here's how Dark Horse describes the issue:

"Team Buffy has become all about sneaky in a world where Slayers are now feared and hated, and vampires would rank at the top of a popularity poll. All hands are on deck as Scotland's brand-newest Slayer headquarters comes under attack; but, when things get more than a little fried, Buffy has to punt. There are yaks."

FIRST LOOK: UNBOUND SAGA

Unbound Saga will arrive in stores on July 1 from Dark Horse Comics. The issue is written by Mike Kennedy, with art by Cliff Richards and Al Rio and a cover by Joseph Michael Linsner.

Here's how Dark Horse describes the issue:

"Rick Ajax ain't got time nor patience for trouble, but trouble seems to make plenty of time for him. If it ain't one thing, it's something else, and those things always seem to need a good old-fashioned pounding to put to rest. Lori Machete, on the other hand, can't help but get into trouble like the proverbial fox in a henhouse. She may be easy on the eyes, but she can be hard on the jaw when the feathers start to fly.

"Based on the (not-so) long-running original series and the upcoming video game from Vogster Entertainment, Unbound Saga reintroduces (for the first time) readers to the seedy back alleys of future Toxopolis and the satirical misadventures that follow Rick and Lori like a shadow . . . Rage off the page!"

Unbound Saga will be 32 pages and will cost $3.50.
