FIRST LOOK: RED TORNADO #1
Red Tornado #1 will arrive in stores on Sept. 2 from DC Comics. The issue is written by Kevin VanHook, with art by Jose Luisí and J.P. Mayer and a cover by Ed Benes and Mariah Benes.
Here's how DC describes the issue:
