FIRST LOOK: HOTWIRE #4

Hotwire #4 will arrive in stores on Sept. 2 from Radical Publishing. The issue is written by Warren Ellis, with art by Steve Pugh and covers by Pugh, Jelena Djurdjevic, Garry Leach and Alan Brooks.

Here's how Radical describes the issue:
