AARON ECKHART TALKS POSSIBLE TWO-FACE RETURN![]() Appearing on NBC's The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien on Wednesday night, Aaron Eckhart discussed the possibility of returning as Two-Face for a future Batman movie.
"I do not know the answer to that," Eckhart said. "I think I've talked myself out of the job. I said once that I was not coming back. I thought I died.
"But America's grown up on soap operas and that sort of thing, with re-inventing people."
Eckhart said that he would like to come back and would if director Christopher Nolan asked him to, but also acknowledged that The Dark Knight's impact might have been enough.
"Heath (Ledger) really was meant to come back as the Joker, as we all would want him to do," Eckhart said. "So maybe this one will just be the way it is and be its own in a capsule."
Eckhart was promoting his new film, Love Happens.
