SPIKE TV SCREAM 2009: RED CARPET INTERVIEWS

The Continuum continues its series of Kate Jewell's interviews from the red carpet of the Spike TV 2009 SCREAM Awards.

HEROES: "SHADOWBOXING"

NBC has released a description from "Shadowboxing," the Monday, Nov. 8 episode of Heroes.

Here's how the network describes the episode:

"Claire (Hayden Panettiere) is determined to get to the bottom of the Sorority Rush attacks on her own, until H.R.G. (Jack Coleman) intervenes only to realize he may be the source of her troubles. Meanwhile, Peter's (Milo Ventimiglia) new ability is a perfect fit for his job and gives him the opportunity to help Emma (guest star DeanneBray) accept her new life. Elsewhere, Sylar's (Zachary Quinto) battle at gaining full control over Matt's (Greg Grunberg) body escalates -- with potentially dangerous implications at stake."

SMALLVILLE: "IDOL"

The CW has released a description from "Idol," the Friday, Nov. 13 episode of Smallville guest-starring The Wonder Twins.

Here's how DC describes the episode:

"Superhero twins Zan (guest star David Gallagher) and Jayna (guest star Allison Scagliotti) show up in Metropolis to help The Blur fight crime but end up botching several rescues, landing Clark (Tom Welling) in hot water with the District Attorneyıs office. Clark decides to come forward as the Blur to clear his name."

The episode was written by Ann Coffel Saunders and was directed by Glen Winter.
