ANDY SCHMIDT TALKS COBRA COMMANDER

Cobra Commander will make his first appearance in IDW Publishing's new G.I. Joe continuity this week in G.I. Joe: Cobra II #1.

During The Continuum's visit to IDW Publishing in San Diego over the weekend, editor Andy Schmidt talked about the character and his debut.

The issue is written by Mike Costa and Chrisos N. Gage, with art by Antonio Fuso.

STAR WARS: THE CLONE WARS FOR FEBRUARY

Cartoon Network has scheduled two new episodes of Star Wars: The Clone Wars for February.

Following is a rundown:

Friday, Feb. 5: "Voyage of Temptation"

As the Jedi and their clones defend Duchess Satine from assassination attempts, Anakin discovers that Obi-Wan and the Duchess have a history together.

Friday, Feb. 12: "Duchess of Mandalore"

On Coruscant, Duchess Satine is framed for the creation of the Death Watch, a Mandalorian terrorist group. On the run from Republic authorities, Satine and Obi-Wan set off to discover the group's true origins.



BRIEFLY

* Marvel Comics has announced second printing for Invincible Iron Man #21 and Invincible Iron Man #22.

Both second printings will be in stores on Feb. 17.
