BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD: "A BAT DIVIDED"

Firestorm makes his first appearance on Batman: The Brave and the Bold in "A Bat Divided," Friday's new episode on Cartoon Network.

During The Continuum's recent visit to Warner Bros. Animation in Burbank, Calif., Kate Jewell talked to story editor Michael Jelenic about the episode.

SMALLVILLE: "PERSUASION"

The CW has released a description from "Persuasion," the Friday, Feb. 19 episode of Smallville.

Here's how the network describes the episode:

"It's Valentine's Day and while Clark (Tom Welling) is out on a date with Lois (Erica Durance), he unknowingly becomes infected by gemstone kryptonite, which has magical wish-fulfilling properties. Clark mentions to Lois that he wishes they had a more traditional relationship, so Lois quits the Daily Planet, moves in with Clark and starts planning their wedding.

"Still unaware of his new power, Clark also casually tells Chloe (Allison Mack) he wishes she would spend more time watching out for him, so an infected Chloe takes his wish to heart and sets her sights on a new target -- Lois."

The episode was written by Anne Cofell Saunders and was directed by Christopher Petry.

HEROES: "BRAVE NEW WORLD"

NBC has released a description from "Brave New World," the Monday, Feb. 8 episode of Heroes.

Here's how the network describes the episode:

"In the climactic season finale, everyone bands together in an effort to stop Samuel (Robert Knepper) from taking the lives of thousands. Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) joins forces with his most unexpected ally to save Emma (guest star Deanne Bray). Meanwhile, H.R.G.'s (Jack Coleman) life hangs in the balance as he and Claire (Hayden Panettiere) find themselves trapped underground with oxygen quickly running out.

"Elsewhere, Hiro (Masi Oka) starts to come to grips with the decisions he has made and is called into action to help stop a disaster."

FAMILY GUY: "EXTRA LARGE MEDIUM"

Fox has released six images from "Extra Large Medium," the Sunday, Feb. 14 episode of Family Guy.

Here's how the network describes the episode:

"When Chris and Stewie go missing for several days, Lois is at her witšs end until she sees a psychic who assures her they are safe. Even after the boys return home, Lois and Peteršs psychic obsession continues, and Peter takes it a step too far when he starts charging neighbors for his extrasensory perception.

"Meanwhile, Chris develops a crush on a girl at school."
