JUSTICE LEAGUE: CRISIS ON TWO EARTHS: SAM LIU

During The Continuum's recent visit to Warner Bros. Animation in Burbank, Calif., Kate Jewell sat down with Sam Liu, who directed Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths with Lauren Montgomery.

MARVEL COMICS' ASTONISHING IMPRINT

Marvel Comics has announced a new imprint, Astonishing.

According to Marvel, the imprint will be accessible to readers old and new and will be set in continuity, against a real-world backdrop.

The imprint kicks off in May with Astonishing Spider-Man/Wolverine #1 and Astonishing X-Men: Xenogensis #1.

Astonishing Spider-Man/Wolverine #1 will be written by Jason Aaron, with art and cover by Adam Kubert. Spider-Man and Wolverine will square off against such beings as The Czar, Big Murder and Doom the Living Planet.

Astonishing X-Men: Xenogenesis is a five-issue series, written by Warren Ellis with art and covers by Kaare Andrews. The first issue will feature a Foilogram variant.

The series starts in the East African city of Mbangwi, where a newborn sprouts metal electrodes and explodes, taking out an entire hospital.
