THE LOSERS GALLERY

The gallery of images from The Losers has increased with several new images for the April 23-releasing film.

Here's how the film is described:

"An explosive action tale of betrayal and revenge, The Losers centers around the members of an elite Special Forces unit sent to the Bolivian jungle on a search and destroy mission. But the team -- Clay, Jensen, Roque, Pooch and Cougar -- soon find that they have become the target of a deadly double cross, instigated from the inside by a powerful enemy known only as Max.

"Making good use of the fact that they are now presumed dead, the group goes deeply undercover in a dangerous plot to clear their names and even the score with Max. They are joined by the mysterious Aisha, a beautiful operative with her own agenda, who is more than capable of scoring a few points of her own. Working together, when they're not arguing amongst themselves, they have to stay one step ahead of the globetrotting Max -- a ruthless man bent on embroiling the world in a new high-tech global war for his own benefit. If they can take down Max and save the world at the same time, it'll be a win win for the team now known as The Losers."

The Losers stars Jeffery Dean Morgan as Clay, Zoe Saldana as Aisha, Chris Evans as Jensen; Idris Elba as Roque; Columbus Short as Pooch; Oscar Jaeneda as Cougar; and Jason Patric as Max.

Sylvain White directed the film from a screenplay by Peter Berg and James Vanderbilt.

DYNAMITE'S GREEN HORNET: YEAR ONE

Dynamite Entertainment has announced it is releasing Green Hornet: Year One #1 on Wednesday, three weeks earlier than previously announced.

Green Hornet: Year One is written by Matt Wagner, with art by Aaron Campbell. The series is rooted in pulp tradition, showing Campbell's recreation of the industrial world of 1930's Chicago.

"The Green Hornet stands as one of the prototypes of the modern super-hero...and yet, surprisingly, the original version of the character featured no distinct origin tale," Wagner said. "In Green Hornet: Year One, we're filling in the holes so that new and old readers alike can finally see and understand what makes this character such a long-lasting and vital part of American pop culture!"
