FIRST LOOK: AMERICAN VAMPIRE #1

American Vampire #1 will arrive in stores on March 17 from DC Comics. The issue is written by Scott Snyder and Stephen King, with art and cover by Rafael Albuquerque.

Here's how DC describes the issue:

"Witness the birth of a brand new species of vampire in this new ongoing series that begins with five extra-sized issues featuring back-to-back stories by exciting new writer Scott Snyder and the master of horror himself, Stephen King! When notorious outlaw Skinner Sweet is attacked by an old enemy (who happens to be a member of the undead), the first American vampire is born... a vampire powered by the sun, stronger, fiercer, and meaner than anything that came before. FIRST LOOK: THE AUTHORITY: THE LOST YEAR #7

The Authority; The Lost Year #7 will arrive in stores on March 17 from DC Comics. The issue is written by Keith Giffen and Grant Morrison, with art by Brian Stelfreeze and Joel Gomez and a cover by Gene Ha.

Here's how DC describes the issue:

"On a world where superheroes are seen as witches, super-science is used to hunt heroes down before they're given kangaroo trials and then, inevitably, executed. FIRST LOOK: GREEN ARROW #31

Green Arrow #31 will arrive in stores on March 17 from Marvel Comics. The issue is written by J.T. Krul, with art by Diogenes Neves and covers by Mauro Cascioli and Mike Mayhew.
