For a rundown, with images, CLICK HERE.

Greg Weisman has written the Green Arrow short for Warner Home Video's DC Showcase animated program, The Continuum has learned.

It has not been announced to which direct-to-DVD movie Green Arrow will be attached. Jonah Hex will also be featured in a short.

Weisman is an animation producing and writing veteran, best known for Gargoyles and, more recently, The Spectacular Spider-Man.

He has also written episodes of Batman: The Brave and the Bold, Legion of Super Heroes, The Batman and Men in Black: The Series.

According to sources, the Green Arrow short will feature plenty of action and a guest appearance by another DC hero.

Mr. Burns and Smithers are featured in "American History X-cellent," the Sunday, April 11 episode of The Simpsons on Fox.

Here's how Fox describes the episode:

"When the police are called to diffuse a rowdy crowd at Mr. Burns' estate, one of the officers recognizes priceless stolen paintings on the walls, and the maniacal billionaire is taken downtown for questioning.

"With Mr. Burns gone, Smithers takes charge of the power plant. But when employees take advantage of his good nature, he exacts revenge by forcing the employees to work night and day. These unfair working conditions prompt Homer and his crew to devise a plan to bust out Mr. Burns."
