BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD: "MENACE OF THE MADNIKS!" AND "EMPEROR JOKER!"

Warner Bros. Animation has released four clips and 13 images from the next two episodes of Batman: The Brave and the Bold on Cartoon Network.

"Menace of the Madniks!" airs on Friday.

Here's how the episode is described:

"Booster Gold misses his late best bud, Blue Beetle (Ted Kord), but when he travels back in time to hang with him, he throws the presentinto chaos and Batman must travel back with him to fix the mistakes and get one last adventure in with the hero before he passes on."

"Emperor Joker!" airs on Friday, Oct. 22.

Here's how the episode is described:

"The fifth-dimensional fanboy Bat-Mite wants to see a showdown between his idol and his arch nemesis - the Joker! In an attempt to save Batman, Bat-Mite inadvertently gives Joker his limitless power allowing Joker to warp reality to his most twisted fantasies."

DC COMICS ROUNDUP

DC Comics has announced an initiative for January where titles will focus on characters and spotlight logos for each.

"This January, we;re putting the focus squarely on the characters and iconic heroes of the DCU," said DCU Co-Publisher Dan DiDio. "Not only will we tell new stories some of the more-deserving with special one-shots, but we'll be giving every title in the line a unique treatment that puts the spotlight on the heroes and villains that populate the DC Universe."

DC also announced one-shot spotlights for characters in the DCU.

MARVEL COMICS FIRST LOOKS
