COMICS CONTINUUM TELEVISION SERIES: EPISODE 13

Episode 13 of the Comcis Continuum television series aired on Saturday night on TV20 in Detroit and is now available online.

For part one -- which features Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, The Walking Dead, Spider-Man's Emma Stone, All-Star Superman, Avatar and the Video Game Spotlight -- CLICK HERE.

THE SUPER HERO SQUAD SHOW

Season 2 of The Super Hero Squad will premiere with back-to-back episodes, The Continuum has learned.

Both parts of "Another Order of Evil!" will air on Saturday, Oct. 23 beginning at 6:30 a.m. in a one-hour premiere.

Both episodes were written by series story editor Matt Wayne. Part one is directed by Patty Shingawa, and the second part is directed by Michael R. Gerard.

The episodes introduce Thanos (voiced by Jim Cummings) as the season's big villain. Ty Burrell will guest-star as Captain Marvel.

The Saturday, Oct. 30 episode will be "World War Witch!," written by Nicole Dubuc and directed by Gerard. Mark Hamill returns as Red Skull, with Rod Keller as Bucky and Fred Stoller as Molecule Man.

MOONSTONE BOOKS FOR FEBRUARY

RED BOX OFFICE

Red, the live-action movie based on the WildStorm comic book by Warren Ellis and Cully Hamner, placed second at the box office in its opening weekend.

The film -- with an all-star cast include Bruce Willis, Morgan Freeman, Helen Mirren and John Malkovich -- took in an estimated $22.5 million.

Red opened in 3,255 theaters.

Another new film, Jackass 3D, topped the weekend box office wit an estimated $50.0 million.



IMAGE COMICS FIRST LOOKS

MAD: "CLIFFORD-FIELD/BIG TIME RUSHMORE"

Warner Bros. Animation has released five images and a clip from the "Clifford-Field/Big Time Rushmore" episode of MAD, scheduled to air on Cartoon Network on Monday at 8:30 p.m.

Here's how the episode is described:
