LEONOR VARELA ON HUMAN TARGET
Leonor Varela is returning as Christopher Chance's former girlfriend in the next new episode of Human Target.
Varela guest-stars as Maria in "A Problem Like Maria," the first of two episodes airing on Fox on Wednesday, Jan. 5.
In the episode, a rift develops between Isla and Chance when Maria implores him to rescue a colleague who was kidnapped by a South America despot.
Varela, 37, first appeared on Human Target in the "Salvage and Reclamation" episode in Season 1. Her credits also include Nyssa in Blade II.
The second episode on Jan. 5 is "Communication Breakdown" and guest-stars Tony Hale as an inept private investigator.
