MARVEL COMICS FIRST LOOKS
FIRST LOOK: AGE OF X: ALPHA
Age of X: Alpha #1 will arrive in stores on Jan. 26 from Marvel Comics. The issue is written by Mike Carey, with art by Mirco Pierfederici, Paul Davidson, Gabriel Hernandez Walta, Harvey Tolibao and Carlo Barberi and covers by Chris Bachalo and Olivier Coipel.
Here's how Marvel describes the issue:
"Mutankind's final war starts here! Age of X: Alpha #1 kicks off the next big X-Men epic that will change the course of Mutantkind forever. The survival of their species rests on the shoulders of the few remaining mutants who are on their last leg. Who is this mysterious group and at what length will they go to keep their kind alive?"
Age of X: Alpha #1 will be 32 pages and will cost $2.99.
