THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN: DIRECTOR MARC WEBB

At last weekend's Comic-Con International in San Diego, The Amazing Spider-Man director Marc Webb talked about a variety of subjects, including Gwen Stacy, the Lizard and the use of 3D.

In related news, IMAX and Sony Pictures Entertainment have announced that The Amazing Spider-Man will be released to IMAX theaters simultaneously with the film's worldwide release on July 3, 2012.



GREEN LANTERN: THE ANIMATED SERIES

Cartoon Network has released more than six minutes of footage from the upcoming Green Lantern: The Animated Series.

YOUNG JUSTICE: "TARGETS"

Cartoon Network has released two clips from "Targets," the next new episode of Young Justice.

Here's how the episode is described;

"Red Arrow's battle to prevent the League of Shadows from inciting a war pits him against the world's most dangerous assassins -- and allies him with someone more dangerous still. Too bad Aqualad couldn't convince him to ask the Team for help."

Cartoon Network has yet to announce an airdate for the episode, but indicated new episodes will resume on Friday nights this fall.



COWBOYS & ALIENS ROUNDUP

Universal Pictures staged the premiere of Cowboys & Aliens at Comic-Con International in San Diego last weekend, and The Continuum presents nearly six minutes of footage from the event.

In addition to sights and sounds, there are interviews with producers Brian Grazer and Ron Howard, director Jon Favreau and stars Daniel Craig, Harrison Ford and Olivia Wilde.

Lionsgate has released two television spots for Conan the Barbarian, arriving in theaters on August 19.

* CInemax has announced 13 new episodes for Season 2 of Femme Fatales. Guest-stars will include Vivica A. Fox, Jeff Fahey, Antonio Saboto Jr., Kyle Gass, Leilalni Sarelle and Robert Picardo.

Among the upcoming episodes will be the comic-book inspried "Libra," from comics creator Bob Layton.
