THE SUPER HERO SQUAD SHOW: "WHEN STRIKES THE SURFER!"
Marvel has released a clip from "When Strikes the Surfer!," Thursday's episode of The Super Hero Squad Show on Cartoon Network.

Here's how the episode is described:
"As the Dark Surfer prepares to end the universe, the half-frozen Super Hero Squad mounts a last, desperate attack, and Ms. Marvel reveals the secret of the Infinity Gauntlet!"
The episode was written by Stan Berkowitz and directed by Patty Shinagawa.

STEVE NILES' REMAINS ON CHILLER
Steve Niles' Remains, Chiller's first original movie, will premiere on the network on Friday, Dec. 16 at 10 p.m.
The movie is based on the IDW Publishing title written by Niles and drawn by Dwyer.
Here's how Chiller describes the movie:
"Remains is set in a chilling post-apocalyptic Reno, Nevada, and follows the survivors of a bizarre accident that reduced most of the world's population to zombies. The group takes refuge in a vacant casino and fights a losing battle against the undead, who grow steadily stronger, smarter and more aggressive by the minute."
The movie stars Grant Bowler, Lance Reddick, Miko Hughes and Tawny Cypress. Remains is written by John Doolan and directed by Colin Theys.

* Fox has released promotional artwork for "Treehouse of Horrors XXII," the annual Halloween episode of The Simpsons scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 30.

* Image Comics has announced that Jonathan Hickman's Feel Better Now, originally solicited as a $3.99, 40-page one-shot is being delayed and retooled for a 2012 release as an original graphic novel.
"I regret to inform everyone that Feel Better Now will not be shipping on schedule," Hickman said. "Unfortunately, during the course of creating this story, it got bigger. Far beyond the 40 pages we had allocated for the book, and, as a result, I have decided to give the story the scope I feel it deserves.
"Right now, we think the best thing to do is pull it from Diamond and re-solicit the book at a later date when we can firm up the final price point, page count and delivery date. I apologize for the inconvenience, but sometimes these things take on a life of their own and Feel Better Now is a story that deserves a full canvas."
