TEEN TITANS GO! GALLERY

Cartoon Network has released a gallery of images from Teen Titans Go!, which premieres on Tuesday, April 23 (7:30 p.m., ET/PT).

Here's how the series is described:

"The Teen Titans are returning to Cartoon Network with all-new comedic adventures, and this time they're giving viewers a look at what life is really like as a teen superhero... once the cape comes off.

"The character-driven comedy series focuses on the funny that happens in between saving the world and living together as teenagers without adult supervision. The comedic mayhem of the animated series is punctuated by pranks and the occasional need to fight crime, but it will also deal with the everyday issues of adolescence. With epic staring contests to decide who does the laundry, a series of quests and battles to construct the perfect sandwich or fighting crime in Jump City, one thing is for sure, these Titans will always be ready for an adventure inside the house and out."

The principal voice cast from the original series returns, include Scott Menville as Robin, Hynden Walch as Starfire, Tara Strong as Raven, Greg Cipes returns as Beast Boy; and Khary Payton as Cyborg.

The theme song from the original Teen Titans will also return, with an updated remix from Mix Master Mike of the Beastie Boys.

Teen Titans Go! is produced by Warner Bros. Animation, with Sam Register serving as executive producer with Michael Jelenic and Aaron Horvath as producers.

TYLER KIRKHAM'S SCREWED AT ZENESCOPE

Zenescope Entertainment has revealed more details about Tyler Kirkham's creator-owned series, Screwed, which launches in June.

Here's how the book is described:

"Screwed follows a young woman who awakens in a hospital covered in scars as if she had been taken apart and put back together again; her mind as fragmented as her body. As she tries to piece together what's happened to her, she will find many enemies are after her, but she'll also find a valuable ally in FBI Agent Erin Scott."

"I've always been a huge fan of horror films and I love the idea of Frankenstein," Kirkham said. "It's a story that's been retold a million times but none have been like this! This has horror, action and some flat-out sick, twisted moments! I always thought Zenescope would be a great fit for the story as it has a strong lead female role. I'm extremely excited for this series."

Kirkham and interior artist David Miller will provide covers.

MARVE COMICS' SUPERIOR CARNAGE

Marvel Comics has announced Superior Carnage, a five-issue series by writer Kevin Shinick and artist Stephen Segovia, that will launch in July.

Here's how the book is descrbied:

"The homicidal villain, Carnage, is deteriorating in the confines of his asylum -- but his fellow inmates are not giving up just yet! Watch as their Frankenstein-style experiment unfolds for better or for worse. Can they restore the deadliest of the symbiotes to its former glory, or better yet, do they have what it takes to build a more dastardly, more sinister, more superior Carnage?"

"It's very rare that you can say the words 'Like you've never seen him before!' and truly mean it," Shinick said."But Stephen and I have been working on some great designs for what happens when the Wizard attempts to turn Carnage into an agent of evil the way the Avengers converted Venom for good! Plus now that Cletus Kasady has essentially been lobotomized, readers -- and the Wizard -- are going to encounter a monster very different from what they were expecting."

The cover shown here is by Clayton Crain.
