ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN: WEB WARRIORS -- "THE SPIDER-VERSE: PART ONE"

Marvel has released three clips from "The Spider-Verse: Part One," the episode of Ultimate Spider-Man: Web Warriors premiering Thursday at 9 p.m. (ET/PT) on Disney XD.

Here's how the episode is described:

"When the Goblin opens portals to alternate worlds, Spider-Man must team up with alternative versions of Spider-Man to stop him, including a future version from the year 2099 (guest voice Freddy Rodriguez), and Spider-Girl (guest voice Olivia Holt), from a world where everyone’s gender has been swapped!"



THE FLASH: "OUT OF TIME"

The CW has released images and a description from "Out of Time," the episode of The Flash premiering on Tuesday, March 17.

Here's how the episode is described:

"Mark Mardon aka The Weather Wizard (guest-star Liam McIntyre) appears in Central City intent on avenging his brother Clyde's death, and sets his sights on Joe (Jesse L. Martin), who shot Clyde. When Mardon attacks Joe and Barry (Grant Gustin), Barry is able to super-speed them to safety but Mardon gets away. Barry warns Joe not to go after a meta-human alone but Joe doesn't listen and ends up in grave danger. Meanwhile, Cisco (Carlos Valdes) looks into the night the team captured the Reverse Flash and realizes something doesn't add up and begins to wonder whether Joe was right about Dr. Wells (Tom Cavanagh). Barry and Linda (guest star Malese Jow) end up on an awkward double date with Eddie (Rick Cosnett) and Iris (Candice Patton)."

Thor Freudenthal directed the episode, written by Todd Helbing and Aaron Helbing.

MARVEL COMICS NEWS ROUNDUP

Marvel Comics has announced a June launch for 1872, a Secret Wars series by writer Gerry Duggan and artist Evan Shaner.

Here's how the series is described:

"All is not well in the small frontier town of Timely. Among the grit and the gristle of day-to-day life, corruption runs rampant. A steadfast lawman armed with a six-shooter and his bare knuckles, Sheriff Steve Rogers is out to clean up the town -- but casino owner Wilson Fisk has other ideas. And when a mysterious stranger blows in from parts unknown, everything in Timely is going to change -- for anyone left standing, that is!"
