The CW has released a description for "Rogue Air," the Tuesday, May 12 episode of The Flash.

Here's how the episode is described:

"As Wells (Tom Cavanagh) once again gets the upper hand on the S.T.A.R. Labs team, Barry (Grant Gustin) realizes he needs to make a big move and reaches out to an old foe, Captain Cold (guest-star Wentworth Miller), for help. Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) warn Barry that Cold can't be trusted. True to form, Cold has his own agenda that involves the meta-humans trapped in the containment cells. As things seem to be going from bad to worse, The Flash gets reinforcements -- Arrow (guest star Stephen Amell) and Firestorm (guest star Robbie Amell)."

Doug Aarniokoski directed the episode, written by Aaron Helbing and Todd Helbing.

IZOMBIE: "MATERNITY LIV"

The CW has released images, a description and two videos from "Maternity Liv," the episode of iZombie premiering on Tuesday, April 28.

Here's how the episode is described:

"A group of teens gets a scare when a disheveled young pregnant woman approaches them muttering for help. Unfortunately, the woman doesn't survive but her baby does. Liv (Rose McIver) and Clive (Malcolm Goodwin) begin questioning suspects in her murder, and after consuming the victim's brain, a fierce maternal instinct kicks in for Liv. Meanwhile, Major (Robert Buckley) makes a shocking discovery."

Patrick Norris directed the episode, written by Bob Dearden.
