SUPERGIRL: "SUPERGIRL LIVES"

The CW has released images and details from "Supergirl Lives," the episode of Supergirl premiering on Monday, Jan. 23.

Here's how the network describes the episode:

"Kara (Melissa Benoist) is moved by the story of a missing woman named Izzy (guest-star Harley Quinn Smith) and decides to investigate despite Snapper Carr's (guest-star Ian Gomez) order to leave it alone. Kara takes Mon-El (Chris Wood) with her to the last place Izzy was seen and the duo find themselves thrust through a portal to another planet, Slaver's Moon, where the downtrodden are sold as slaves. The leader of the trafficking ring is none other than Roulette (guest-star Dichen Lachman). To make matters worse, Slaver's Moon has a red sun, which means Kara and Mon-El are stripped of their powers and stuck on the planet with no way home. Meanwhile, back on Earth, Alex (Chyler Leigh) blames herself for Kara's disappearance, fearing she's become too focused on her new relationship with Maggie (guest-star Floriana Lima) and too complacent in watching out for her sister."

Kevin Smith directed the episode, with story by Andrew Kreisberg and teleplay by Eric Carrasco and Jess Kardos.

THE WALKING DEAD: SEASON SEVEN, PART TWO

AMC has released a synopsis and three image from the second half of Season 7 of The Walking Dead, which begins Sunday, Feb. 12 at 9 p.m. (ET/PT).

Here's how the network describes the rest of the season:

"The first half of Season 7 saw Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and the group broken by Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), forced to fall under his will and brutally convinced to live under his rules. The second half of the season will focus on preparing for war and gathering the supplies and numbers to take Negan down once and for all.

"Rick's group will find out yet again that the world isn't what they thought it was. It's much bigger than anything they've seen so far. While they have a singular purpose - to defeat Negan - it won't come easy. More importantly, victory will require more than Alexandria. They need the numbers of the Kingdom and the Hilltop, but, similar to how Rick felt, Ezekiel (Khary Payton) and Gregory (Xander Berkeley) do not want bloodshed. To convince them otherwise will take more than speeches. The lengths Rick and the group will have to go to in order to find weapons, food and new fighters is nothing short of remarkable.

"We'll meet new survivors in incredible places. We'll see Rick and the group tested in ways we've never seen before. We'll see treachery from people we trust. Rick is confident as he will see his group and many others band together with the common goal of taking down Negan. But no amount of planning will prepare the group for all-out war with Negan and his army."

DC'S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW: "RAIDERS OF THE LOST ART"

The CW has released images and details from "Raiders of the Last Art," the episode of DC's Legends of Tomorrow premiering on Tuesday, Jan. 24.

Here's how the network describes the episode:

"When Damien Darhk (guest-star Neal McDonough) and Malcolm Merlyn (guest-star John Barrowman) try to capture Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) in 1967, they create an Aberration big enough to draw the attention of the Legends. However, when the team arrives they discover that Rip has no memories of his past due to "time drift" and is just a graduate film student. After trying to convince Rip of who he was, they discover that he possesses an incredibly powerful artifact known as the Spear of Destiny, which the Legion of Doom is after. Ray (Bradon Routh) and Nate (Nick Zano) realize that the Aberration has also affected them personally making it difficult to help the team. Meanwhile, Rory (Dominic Purcell) asks Stein (Victor Garber) for help and makes him promise to keep it a secret from the team."

Dermott Downs directed the episode, written by Keto Shimizu and Chris Fedak.
