MARVEL COMICS' GENERATIONS

Marvel Comics has released details and imagery from Generations.

Generations brings together Miles Morales and Peter Parker, Laura Kinney and Logan, Amadeus Cho and Bruce Banner, plus more, and illuminates the path that all these heroes will take into the future for a thrilling quest unlike anything seen in the Marvel Universe before. Generations continues the evolution of the Marvel Universe as the new class of heroes stand shoulder to shoulder with those who have trail blazed their legacy.

"Marvel's greatest icons return to the page this August, paired with the next generation of the Marvel Universe," said Marvel's EIC, Axel Alonso. "However, do all our heroes emerge from Generations as they entered, or become something greater? If you want to know where Marvel is headed in the future, you don't want to miss Generations."

Running August to September, the 10-issue maxi-series put to the test in this universe-wide team-up that will shed light on the most pressing questions about the future of the Marvel Universe, and the fate of everyone's favorite heroes.

Generations: The Best starring Wolverine and All-New Wolverine: Written by Tom Taylor, art by Ramon Rosanas

Generations: The Americas starring Steve Rogers: Captain America and Sam Wilson: Captain America: Written by Nick Spencer, art by Paul Renaud

Generations: The Bravest starring Captain Mar-Vell and Captain Marvel: Written by Margie Stohl, art by Brent Schoonover.

Generations: The Thunder starring The Mighty Thor and The Unworthy Thor: Written by Jason Aaron, art by Mahmud Asrar.

Generations: The Strongest starring Bruce Banner and Amadeus Cho, the Totally Awesome Hulk Written by Greg Pak.

Generations: The Archers starring Hawkeyes, Clint Barton and Kate Bishop: Written by Kelly Thompson.

Generations: The Iron starring Iron Man and Ironheart: Written by Brian Michael Bendis, art by Marco Rudy.

POWERLESS: "NO CONSEQUENCE DAY"

NBC has released images and details from "No Consequence Day," the episode of Powerless premiering on Thursday, April 20.

Here's how the network describes the episode:

"In the wake of Lois Lane's death, Ron (Ron Funches) tells the team about a theory where Superman will rewind time to save her and there would be no consequences. Just when everyone starts to take advantage -- Ron becomes a dog owner, Emily (Vanessa Hudgens) and Wendy (Jennie Pierson) get in trouble with the law, Jackie (Christina Kirk) takes up day drinking, Teddy (Danny Pudi) makes a power move and Van (Alan Tudyk) gives Bruce a piece of his mind -- things start to go awry when the theory may not be as sound as they were thinking."
