CABLE/DEADPOOL ANNUAL: Marvel Comics has announced an August 15 release for Cable and Deadpool Annual #1. The book is written by David F. Walker, with art by Paco Diaz and others and a cover by Chris Stevens.

Here's how Marvel describes the issue:

"When Deadpool is hired to track a woman through time, he assumes it's your standard, run-of-the-mill rescue mission. PUNISHER VARIANT: Marvel Comics has released Mike Zeck's variant cover to Punisher #1. The new series, by Matthew Rosenberg and Riccardo Burchielli, is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, August 8.

MORE WYNONNA: Syfy has announced that Season 3 of Wynonna Earp will air Fridays at 9 p.m. beginning on July 28.

Here's how the network describes Season 3:

"Based on the IDW Publishing comic book created by Beau Smith, Wynonna Earp follows the life of famous lawman Wyatt Earp's demon-fighting great-great-granddaughter Wynonna (Melanie Scrofano), who inherited Wyatt's mythic abilities and his famous gun in order to put an end to the Earp curse once and for all.
