PREACHER: "ANGELVILLE"

AMC has released images, a description and video from "Angelville," the Season 3 premiere episode of Preacher airing on Sunday, June 24 at 9 p.m. (ET/PT).
Here's how AMC describes the episode:
"In an effort to save Tulip, Jesse and Cassidy taker her to Jesse's family home, Angelville; Jesse reunites with the people he fears most: his family."

GHOST RIDER'S ORIGIN IN AVENGERS #7
Marvel Comics has announced that Avengers #7 will be a standalone story by Jason Aaron and Sara Pichelli that reveals the origin of the first Ghost Rider.
Here's how Marvel describes the issue:
"You know his name...you know his face...and you know the flaming woolly mammoth that he rides into battle. Last year, Marvel Legacy introduced Odin and his Prehistoric Avengers to critical acclaim, with their story becoming the number one comic in the industry -- and now, Marvel invites you to witness the origin of the very first Ghost Rider!"
"Fans have been intrigued by the Avengers of 1,000,000 BC and the story they represent since Jason first introduced them in the Marvel Legacy one-shot last year," said editor Tom Brevoort. "So this issue represents the first peeling back of the onion to reveal a little bit more about who they are and what they're about. And it's a cool and affecting story all by itself, even if you know nothing about the Avengers of 1MBC."
The issue features a cover by Geoff Shaw and will be in stores on Sept. 5.

BOOM! STUDIOS' WELCOME TO WANDERLAND
BOOM! Studios has announced a September launch for Welcome to Wanderland, a four-issue series from writer Jackie Ball and artist Maddi Gonzalez.
Here's how BOOM! describes the book:
"Bellamy Munoz knows everything there is to know about Wanderland Park. She knows when all the most iconic rides were built, all the shortcuts around the park, and all the secret lore behind Old West Town, Space Age Metropolis, and New Princesston. So when she winds up in the real version of Wanderland, with real princesses and adorable talking woodland creatures, Bellamy is sure that she has goth this...that is, until it starts to become clear that this magical land isn't much like the real world park at all, and the characters she thinks she knows aren't at all like she'd imagined."
"Welcome to Wanderland is inspired by my career in theme park design, and the wonderful, passionate weirdos who work in that world," Bell said. "One of my best friends grew up in Orlando, and he used to go to the parks after school to do his homework. It just painted such a picture of what it was like to grow up so constantly immersed in this rich other world, and so that's where Bel came from: a kid who spends all her time in a park and is passionate to a fault about a place thatfs going to seed a little bit, despite being run by a massive corporation with deep pockets.
"It was important to me that it didn't come off as making fun of Bel for caring so much, because being a passionate, detail-oriented nerd can be a wonderful gift as a creative person. But it can be all-consuming, especially when youfre a teenager, and that can blind you to things like other people's feelings. That's something Bel's going to have to wrestle with."
"It's such a cool concept, and as someone who adores the wonder of theme parks and magical realism, I'm excited to help bring to life this new world full of fantastical elements and big personalities," Gonzalez said. "Bel and Riot have been some of my favorite characters to design so far!h
