AQUAMAN MOVIE GALLERY
Warner Bros. Pictures has released a gallery of images from Aquaman, arriving in theaters on Dec. 12.
Here's how the studio describes the movie:
"From Warner Bros. Pictures and director James Wan comes an action-packe adventure that spans the vast, visually breathtaking underwater world of the seven seas, Aquaman, starring Jason Momoa in the title role. The film reveals the origin story of half-human, half-Atlantean Arthur Curry and takes him on the journey of his lifetime -- one that will not only force him to face who he really is, but to discover if he is worthy of who he was born to be...a king.
"The film also stars Amber Heard as Mera, a fierce warrior and Aquaman's ally throughout his journey; Willem Dafoe as Vulko, council to the Atlantean throne; Patrick Wilson as Orm/Ocean Master, the present King of Atlantis; Dolph Lundgren as Nereus, King of the Atlantean tribe Xebel; Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as the vengeful Black Manta; and Oscar winner Nicole Kidman as Arthurfs mom, Atlanna; Ludi Lin as Captain Murk, Atlantean Commando; and Temuera Morrison as Arthur's dad, Tom Curry."

VAN HELSING: "BEEN AWAY"
Syfy has released a description and images from "Been Away," the episode of Van Helsing airing on Friday, Dec. 14 at 10 p.m. (ET/PT).
Here's how Syfy describes the episode:
"In his hometown, Axel fights both his tragic past and a vicious pack of Daywalkers. Sam can't find Mohamad, and takes his anger out on Chad and Mike."

BRIEFLY
RALPH RULES: Ralph Breaks the Internet topped the box office for a second consecutive weekend. The animated movie made a projected $25.7 million, pushing its total to $119.2 million.
Dr. Seuss' The Grinch was second with $17.7 million, pushing its total to $203.5 million.
Venom brought in $0.4 million, pushing its total to $212.2 million.
