ABC'S STUMPTOWN
ABC has released cast photos from Stumptown, its comics-based series premiering on Wednesday, Sept. 25.
The images show Colbie Smulders as Dex Parios, Tantoo Cardinal as Sue Lynn Blackbird, Jake Johnson as Grey McConnell, Michael Ealy as Detective Miles Hoffman, Adrian Martinez as Tookie, Cole Sibus as Ansel Pario and Camryn Manheim as Lieutenant Cosgrove.
Here's how ABC describes the show:
"Stumptown follows Dex Parios -- a strong, assertive and sharp-witted army veteran with a complicated love life, gambling debt and a brother to take care of in Portland, Oregon. Her military intelligence skills make her a great PI, but her unapologetic style puts her in the firing line of hardcore criminals and not quite in alliance with the police."
Writer Jason Richman produces the series with Ruben Fleischer and David Bernad, as well as Greg Rucka (author of the Stumptown graphic novel series), Matthew Southworth and Justin Greenwood (illustrators of the Stumptown graphic novel series).

BLACK LIGHTNING PREMIERE: The CW has released four images from "The Book of Occupation: Chapter One," the Season 3 premiere on Black Lightning, scheduled for Monday, Oct. 7.
