MARVEL COMICS UNLIMITED OFFERS FREE STORIES

Marvel Unlimited, Marvel's digital comics subscription service, is now offering free access to some of Marvel's most iconic stories from recent years, including now-classic Marvel Comics events and runs featuring the Avengers, Spider-Man, Black Widow, Captain America, Captain Marvel and more.

Diamond Distributors has announced that -- for the time being -- it will not be distirbuting new titles.

Fans who are social distancing will be able to revisit stories from a curated selection of complete story arcs -- completely free -- on Marvel Unlimited, starting Thursday, April 2 until Monday, May 4.

To access Marvel Unlimited's free comics offering, download or update the Marvel Unlimited app for iOS or Android at the respective Apple and Google Play app stores, and click "Free Comics" on the landing screen. No payment information or trial subscriptions will be required for the selection of free comics.

This month's free comics will feature:

* Avengers vs. X-Men

* Civil War

* Amazing Spider-Man: Red Goblin

* Black Panther by Ta-Nehisi Coates Vol. 1

* Thanos Wins by Donny Cates

* X-Men Milestones: Dark Phoenix Saga

* Avengers: Kree/Skrull War

* Avengers by Jason Aaron Vol. 1: The Final Host

* Fantastic Four Vol. 1: Fourever

* Black Widow Vol. 1: S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Most Wanted

* Captain America: Winter Soldier Ultimate

* Captain Marvel Vol. 1: Higher, Further, Faster.

Customers on the Marvel Comics App and webstore as well as comiXology will also have free access to these stories for a limited time.

Marvel has added an information page to each story with details on how to find local comic book shopa and start Marvel collection of back issues and printed trades.



SYFY'S WYNONNA EARP MARATHON

Syfy has announced a #Throwback Thursday marathon of Wynonna Earp's first season, airing on Thursday, April 9 from 6 a.m.-7 p.m. (ET).

Wynonna Earp stars Melanie Scrofano, Tim Rozon, Dominique Provost-Chalkley, Katherine Barrell, Varun Saranga and TV show creator Emily Andras will be with fans on-air from their own homes, as they reminisce on their audition process, share fun Easter eggs from S1, dissect Wynonna's love triangle, including that first WayHaught scene, and more.

BRIEFLY

PARAMOUNT CHANGES: Paramount Pictures has made the following changes to its release schedule:

* The Spongebob Movie: Sponge on the Run, previously scheduled for May 22, is now July 31.

A Quite Place Part II, previously unset, is now Sept. 4.

Top Gun Maverick, previously scheduled for June 24, is now Wednesday, Dec. 23.

The Tomorow War, previously scheduled for Dec. 25 is now unset.

BAD IDEA DELAY: Due to coronavirus circumstances, Bad Idea had informed retailers that the company has made the decision to postpone its initially scheduled launch date of May 6, and the corresponding release of its first title -- ENIAC -- until later in the year.

According ot the publisher, it is ramping up comics production. As creators continue to work as planned on Bad Idea's initial slate of titles, the company is doubling its current workload by increasing development and production of new projects, and commencing work now that had originally been slated to begin in 2021.
