ABC has released a description and images from "Out of the Past," the episode of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. premiering on Wednesday, June 24 at 10 p.m. (ET/PT).

Here's how the episode is described:

But when they get too close for comfort, the Zephyr unexpectedly leaps forward again, this time to a date pivotal to not only the future of S.H.I.E.L.D. but to the future of Director Mack as well."

EMPYRE: FALLOUT FANTASTIC FOUR

Marvel Comics has announced a September release for Empyre: Fallout Fantastic Four #1.

Here's how Marvel describes the one-shot:

"Dan Slott pens Empyre: Fallout Fantastic Four #1, which promises two major turning points for the entire Marvel Universe as the fate of all future Kree/Skrull Wars is placed in the hands of Reed Richards and his family, the Fantastic Four."

The book has art by Sean Izaakse and a cover by R.B. Silva.

LUMBERJANES: THE END OF SUMMER

BOOM! Studos has announced The End of Summer, the first ever Lumberjanes event that will begin in Lumberjanes #73.

The series, from Kat Leyh and Shannon Watters, sends the beloved members of Miss Qiunzella's Camp for Hardcore Lady-Types on an adventure before summer ends...on a collision course with an evil force.

Here's how BOOM! describes the story:

"The end of summer is fast approaching, but the Lumberjanes have bigger problems than just finishing their camp to-do list -- an evil force is spreading over their forest, sapping the life out of the flora and fauna, leaving a grey forest behind. Known only as The Grey, this power has already taken the Lumberjanes' friends, freezing the Yetis and leaving the bear woman stuck in animal form! If the girls can't defeat The Grey, the Lumberjanes way of life will disappear -- and not just for the summer!"

"The Lumberjanes have faced off against magical creatures, gods, and legends straight from myth with nothing but their smarts and the power of friendship but this time, they'll be facing a threat like nothing they've ever seen before," said editor Jeanine Schaefer. "Our favorite summer camp friends will have to face a force that literally takes away everything they believe in and stand for, in an epic struggle that could end their magical world as they know it."

The End of Summer event begins with a special preview in the FCBD 2020 Lumberjanes: Farewell to Summer, a special written and illustrated by comics creators including Aubrey Aiese, Dozerdraws, Maarta Laiho, Casey Nowak, polterink, Sarah Stern, and co-creator and original Lumberjanes artist Brooklyn Allen, available on August 5.

BRIEFLY

NEGAN LIVES: Image Comics has scheduled a July release for Negan Lives, from writer Robert Kirkman and artist Charlie Adlard.

This shipment arriving in July will be without financial burden to receiving retailers.

"I've been inspired by Steve Geppi and Diamond's efforts to shine a light on how essential the Direct Market is to our beloved industry with their #backthecomeback campaign," Kirkman said. "While Charlie Adlard and I had laid the series to rest, this felt like something special we could do for the store owners who made our series a success to begin with. To that end, I'm happy to report that 100 percent of the revenue generated from this book will go to the stores selling it. The retailer community does backbreaking work to get comics into the hands of our loving fans, we should all be doing more in these trying times to show them how appreciated they are."

Here's how the book is described:

"Spurned by a slowly rebuilding society, Negan lives a life of desperate isolation... or does he? In the tradition of Here's Negan, this all-new story in Negan Lives #1 gives readers a glimpse into what has happened to one The Walking Dead's most popular characters in the time since his last appearance in The Walking Dead #174."
