MCU FIGURES: Hero Collector has revealed its Wave 2 of its Heavyweights collection, featuring heroes from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, slated for first quarter 2021.
The second wave will feature Ant-Man, Captain Marvel, Star-Lord and War Machine.
The hand-painted figurines faithfully reproduce the likenesses of the MCU's characters at 1:18 scale (approximately 4-5 inches tall) atop a metal base. Each figurine comes in a collector's tin, emblazoned with the character's logo and movie of origin.
The first wave hits stores in September, including Hot Topic, comics shops and Eaglemoss online.
MARVEL'S CHAMPIONS: Marvel Comics has released promo art and details for its new Champions series, from writer Eve L. Ewing and artist Simone Di Meo, debuting in October.
Here's how Marvel describes the book:
"After a terrible tragedy, Kamala's Law is passed, forbidding anyone under the age of 21 from acting as vigilantes. Not going down without a fight, Ms. Marvel, Miles Morales, Nova, and more will rise up to reclaim their destiny. With everything the Champions stand for in jeopardy, the stakes have never been higher."
The promo art is Ron Lim's variant cover to the first issue.
