GARNEY DRAWS BRZRKR:BOOM! Studios has announced that Ron Garney is the new series artist for BRZRKR, the upcoming 12-issue series from co-writers Keanu Reeves and Matt Kindt.

Here's how the series is described:

"The man known only as B is half-mortal and half-God, cursed and compelled to violence...even at the sacrifice of his sanity. But after wandering the world for centuries, B may have finally found a refuge -- working for the U.S. government to fight the battles too violent and too dangerous for anyone else. In exchange, B will be granted the one thing he desires -- the truth about his endless blood-soaked existence...and how to end it."

"I've started collaborating with them and am really digging diving into this," Garney said. "In my over 30-year career I've worked on so many projects, and this feels like a fresh, new, unique, and cool character in an action-packed world that is like something we've never experienced before. It's adventurous, and exploring the fascinating conflict behind the mysterious hero B. is a trip I'm excited to be on."

The first issue featurs a cover by Rafael Grampa and a variant by Mark Brooks.

BEN 10 MOVIE: Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has announced an Oct. 11 digital release and Oct. 27 DVD release for Ben 10 vs. The Universe: The Movie.

Here's how the film is described:

"The action-packed movie, which will air globally first on Cartoon Network, will focus around a blast from Ben's past returning to do double the damage on Team Tennyson and planet Earth itself, forcing Ben to go interstellar to save the day. Meanwhile, Gwen and Grandpa Max team up to help protect the world in Ben's absence. But when our boy hero is confused for the villain in space, Ben must figure out a way to get back to Earth to help save it!"

Ben 10 is produced by Cartoon Network Studios and created and executive produced by Man of Action Entertainment, with John Fang as executive producer.
