UNCANNY X-MEN VARIANTS

Marvel Comics on Monday unveiled the sketch variant covers for Uncanny X-Men #50.

The variants are by Michael Turner and Terry Dodson and will be on sale, along the other editions of the issue, on July 23.

Uncanny X-Men #500 features the debut of Ed Brubaker and Matt Fraction as the series' writing team, as well as the new artists, Dodson and Greg Land.

The extra-sized issue kicks off with a longer lead story as the X-Men adjust to their new home in San Francisco, but soon find a familiar face threatening their new beginning -- how do the Sentinels, Magneto and Master Mold tie into all this?
